Price per person and per day – € 25 person / night
Minimum 2 nights.
If only stay 1 night will be charged € 15 extra per occupied room.
Full House 4 people -200 € / 2 nights
– 4 people € 300 / 3 nights
From the 3rd night € 24 / person / night with full house.
(ask prices for more nights and not complete house)
PAYMENT
Paid 30% of the booking by bank transfer to confirm it. The rest will be paid during the stay in the house in cash or with a bank card.
In case of cancellation 15 days prior to arrival will be refunde , but will remain on deposit for future stays if the cancellation is 15 days back. If canceled 2 days or less prior to arrival 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.
